Good laptop for 2011,
I bought this laptop 14.11.2011. I wrote this 30.12.2011 Product received in excelent time from UK to Finland, I had to get it from my local post office.
minus:
-laptop lid seems to be very sensitive,I feel that with some pressure applied, It may get broken the screen. In general, case is not strong enought. Well, nowadays which car or computer is resisting a hit ?
-There is no indicating LED, that shows that CPU is carrying out a process.
-In my opinion is a bit slow.
-I didn’t find yet a HDMI conector, but there is a conector in which I may put an adaptor for HDMI. (as promissed in the offer, I found out, it was removed already)
Plus:
-Light weight
-6GB RAM and enough hard disk.
-Good camera and microphone for chating.
-HD video, works well and even I can edit own videos.
-Fan is not noisy.
Overall, I’m happy with this laptop and with the service.

|Brilliant laptop for the price,
I bought this for my daughter who’s just starting here GCSE course work and is the third Acer laptop I’ve bought. So far it’s lived up to the high standards set by the others. Build quality is decent, screen is clear and spec is was good as machines £100 more expensive(Though as always just 2 months later it’s been beaten by several others!). The RAM is plenty for the processor and hard drive will take all she needs to store and then some. The speed of the machine is good as one would expect, and it handles several applications at once; daughter tells me that SIMS runs without hesitation even when the internet is running and word, excell and another program are running. Can’t really ask for more!
The only draw bag is the load of rubbish that Acer always pre-install. But the few minutes it takes to remove this is a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent laptop
Acer have not disappointed me yet and I’ll certainly look to buy another as and when I need to.

|Light and fast,
This is a stylish laptop very light – impressive display screen aswell, good graphically and just browsing websites the resolution seems to be way better than my older laptop.
i keep it in a laptop bag and out of the way when not using it – because of how light it is im also scared of breaking it easily as i recon it wouldnt withstand much.
the speakers arent too good kinda sounds like listening to something thats far away.
but thats pretty much the down side of it.
does the job for everything else i do although supporting 2 things at once that i used to do on my older 2ghz dual laptop – it doesnt seem to cope as good and suffers more lag (whilst i have a complex programme open) and online streaming.
all in all though its still a great laptop
